Mark was a commissioned officer in the Barbados Defence Force from 1982-1987. He is a graduate of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and theRoyal School of Military Engineering. He distinguished himself at Sandhurst by gaining the prestigious award of “Baton of Honour” which is awarded to the best overseas student of the intake. In so doing, he became the second Barbadian to have gained the award, following Brigadier Rudyard Lewis.

Mr. Felton Burton has over thirty years of accounting and management experience. He is a Certified Management Accountant with the Society of Management Accountants of Ontario and a Certified Chartered Secretary with the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Canada. Mr. Burton has made a significant contribution to the local manufacturing, wholesale, retail, private security and import distribution sectors; as well as in the international business sector.

Lt. Col. Bostic is a man with tremendous experience in security and protocol matters, having spent more than 25 years in the Barbados Defence Force. He is a graduate of several military institutions, including the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst (UK), the British Army School of Infantry, the United States Army

Orlando is a veteran in the private security industry and a former member of the Barbados Regiment. He worked for several years in the USA before returning home to take up security duties at the Pine Hill Dairy and subsequently with another security service provider, serving as a supervisor before being appointed supervisor with Patriot Security Services Limited from its inception. He is the most experienced operations supervisor in the company in domestic private security issues.

Carlyle “Carl” King is a retired Police sergeant who spent 20 years in the Royal Barbados Police Force. He served in several departments of the RBPF, including the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), the Task Force and the Drug Squad. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced security practitioner who was part of the RBPF contingent to the Caribbean Peace Keeping Force during the Grenada intervention in 1983.

Rudie is a retired Barbados Defence Force Petty Officer (Sergeant) who served for several years in the Barbados Regiment, the Barbados Coast Guard and with the Regional Security System Air Wing. He is highly trained in avariety of military disciplines and is well respected within security circles. Rudie worked for two other security providers before joining Patriot Security Services Limited as an Operations Supervisor. He currently works as a security officer with the Central Bank of Barbados but also assists the Operations and Training Manager with training.
